You might know me as Robert Lloyd-Charles, but unfortunately I was recently divorced and went back to my original last name.

This site is designed to be a small window into the many facets that make up my professional life, with a few glimpses into my personal world as well.

In spring 2025, I was a presenter at the DisruptHR ROC event at the Strong Museum of Play in downtown Rochester, NY.

I spoke about developing a disruptive strategy toward talent acquisition, one that emulates the mindset of successful casting directors who think outside the box and utilizes more lateral thinking skills during the interview process.
